J & D Transfer Station
Recently Opened at 200 Old Sanford Oviedo Rd, Winter Springs, FL 32708
- Recycling station for tree debris opened in 2009.
- Opened to insure natural resources are recycled, such as firewood, compost, mulch etc., for use in local communities and businesses.
A Budget Tree Service has a streamlined focus on how the local community is directly impacted from services provided such as:
- To reduce impact on land, environment and residents
- Use of proper equipment
- Protection of surrounding landscapes and proper recycling of resources
- Following all MOT regulations, ANSI A300 standards, as well as addressing the needs and concerns of the residents.
Dale Meagher, President
President/Operations Manager
As Operations Manager for A Budget Tree Service, Mr. Meagher oversees both day to day operations and forecasts future planning. He also handles the commercial and governmental agencies arbor accounts.
Darcy L. Meagher

Mrs. Meagher was President of A Budget Tree Service, Inc. from 1989-2010. She has been an ISA Certified Arborist since 1993 and has trained many of our employees/climbers in the complex science of maintaining trees, tree health, and proper procedures for pruning.
Michael Mingea
Arborist
Mr. Mingea is a specialist in evaluating trees and plants in the urban environment. He has done evaluations for damages and insurance purposes as well as Environmental Impact Statements for Wetland Areas throughout Central Florida. Mr. Mingea directs precise pruning for correct arboricultural requirements (ANSI A300 Standards).
Kenneth Knight
Certified Arborist
Mr. Knight has studied tree care and proper techniques for pruning and removals since 1991. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Belford University with a Master of Science in Horticulture & Landscape Design degree.
